2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • Be an authorised representative of a Slug and Lettuce bar.
  • Provide accurate store email, first name, and last name during account registration.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.

3. Ordering Process

  • Orders must be placed via our official online platform.
  • Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT (unless stated otherwise).
  • We reserve the right to reject or amend orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or operational issues.

4. Payments & Invoicing

  • Payments must be made using approved methods (e.g., invoice).
  • Invoices must be settled within 30 days end of month.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable laws.

5. Delivery & Collection

  • We aim to deliver stock within agreed timeframes but cannot guarantee exact dates due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.
  • Any damaged or missing stock must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect stock.
  • Requests must be made within 24h of delivery, with proof of issue.
  • Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our platform lawfully and refrain from:

  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions.
  • Attempting to hack, interfere, or misuse the website.
  • Uploading malicious software or content.
  • Using the platform for unauthorised reselling.

Breaching this policy may result in account suspension, legal action, or reporting to authorities.
